"Whatever the obstacles today, Father, give me the courage to walk tall."
Jeff Japinga

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."
Matthew 5: 3-5

For God alone my soul waits in silence;
from Him comes my salvation.
He only is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken.
Psalm 62: 1-2

Dancing outside as the sun is setting with a baby in my belly... it doesn't get any better than that....this is way back when I was pregnant with Enoch. I do like to think and remember life. Not let it be forgotten.

Fresh Salsa reminds me of MICU days when it would boost our energy at the end of a long shift...and also boost our bad breath...maybe even revived patients

4 fresh tomatoes
1 jalapeno
1 can of diced tomatoes
a few garlics
1/4 onion (or half a small one)
salt
a few squirts of lime juice

grind/chop/mix this all together and put in a glass container/jar...YUMMMM
what's great is you can put it on anything and it makes a pretty healthy salad dressing too!

Being a Mom is like the movie Groundhogs Day. Sometimes it seems you do the same things over and over...but the true joy of it all comes from when you realize it's the attitude you do things with that matters.

Things I love...

  • climbing trees
  • hiking and exploring
  • hope from God
  • kisses from my Honey
  • love from my Savior
  • passion fruit
  • playing at the beach
  • playing piano
  • reading
  • root tag
  • singing
  • sunshine
  • tag
  • the way Enoch looks when he first gets up
  • writing
come, all you who are thirsty,
come to the waters...
Isaiah 55:1
